These are really yummy and decadent!
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350˚
Put 9×9 pan in the fridge until ready to use. (Chilling it keeps dough from burning on bottom)
Separate 3 eggs and beat the egg whites while the beaters and bowl are still clean.
Blend together in another large bowl
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tb Cinnamon
Add in 3 egg yolks beaten
Stir in
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped nuts
Gently fold in
3 beaten egg whites
Pour into a 9×9 pan and bake at 350˚ for 15 minutes.
